Everop as early believer of the Belval urban vision took part in the very first tender process organized by Agora the semi-public entity piloting the urban development.

Everop won 1/3 of the land plots in 2009 consisting of 2 land plots for a total of 25,000 m² to be developed.

Everop as investor and developer on the Belval site, has built one the first plot a tailor-made student housing property of 220 student units and a food court plaza for the University of Luxembourg.

Everop also sold this iconic first project to a institutional investor, allowing the site to be spotted by other end-investor as an attractive new location in Luxembourg.

Belval-Agora is the biggest brown field regeneration currently under development and construction in  Europe (1,300,000 m², of mixed-use buildings)
